Once submitted, you will receive an email with instructions of where to send photos of your booth. Within 7 days after photos of your booth have been received your application will be reviewed and a link to pay online will be sent.
Hours Open to Public:
Friday, August 21 –
Doors open at 6PM. Vendors must be checked in and totally set up.
Rodeo starts @ 7:30PM.
Booths open 6PM to Close
Saturday, August 22 –
Kids Rodeo from 10AM-2PM. Booths open 9AM-3PM.
PRCA Rodeo – doors open at 6PM. Rodeo Performance at 7:30PM. Booths open 6PM – close.
Cost:
$275 for all weekend. Booths will be issued on a first come/first served basis. You are not guaranteed a booth until you pay your invoice. Spots will be selected by the Wichita Falls PRCA Rodeo. Please fill out the vendor application. Once submitted you will be redirected to a page where you can make payment. There will be no refunds unless the spot can be filled.
Setup:
Vendors MUST check in with Sarah and get their vendor passes and be shown their booth space.
Wednesday, August 19 – Load in for vendors 10AM-8PM
Thursday, August 20 – Load in for vendors 10AM-5PM.
Booth Size: Approximately 10′ x 8′ due to the Kay Yeager concourse walkway (fire regulations). NO EXCEPTIONS - an 8 foot wide walkway must be maintained in the concourse.
Location: In the Kay Yeager Coliseum concourse. We expect that all concession stands will be operational according to our contract with The City of Wichita Falls so that all spaces are good spaces, however we are not in full control of the Coliseum.
Vendor Passes: Only 2 per booth (no exceptions) Additional vendor help during performance times will need a general admission ticket. Please leave small children at home if possible.
PLEASE - THE FACILITY DOES NOT ALLOW PETS IN THE BUILDING.
*Tables and chairs and electrical cords are not available PLEASE BRING ANY ITEMS NEEDED FOR YOUR BOOTH*

By clicking the SUBMIT button the Vendor understands this application will become a binding contract upon acceptance by the Wichita Falls PRCA Vendor Booth Coordinator. The Vendor understands that payment in full must accompany this application and is a non-refundable donation to the Wichita Falls PRCA Rodeo Association Scholarship Fund, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. The Wichita Falls PRCA is not responsible for lost or stolen goods, or other personal property, nor stolen or damaged vehicles during the event.
